The Smartphone Heat is on for ITG xpPhone

The smartphone  competition is getting hot lately, which made ITG to up the ante with its new Windows XP operating system smart phone called the xpPhone.  Windows XP is still alive and well.  Today mobile processors are so well equipped that it could take on Windows XP as its operating system, so it makes sense to use an already stable operating system on your next mobile computer.  Smartphone manufacturers are caught up with the Windows XP trend, which why ITB xpPhone is now ready for pre-order in 3G networks such as AT&T, Orange, or Vodafone.   The price range of this phone is from $500 -$700, and it  is not known when it will be released.  It is likely these smartphones will phase out the netbook trend.

  • 4.8-inch, 800×480 pixel touchscreen display

  • 512Mb/1GB memory

  • 7 hours of continuous use with standard battery, 12 hours with extended battery

    is it dummy phone? the case is not recommended. china thin plastic.

    @babesvids yes i totally agree, one stupid idea after the other one… even the iphone is huge for packets. I personally have a normal sony ericsson mobile for calls, a vaio netbook on the move and a big powerful laptop for work.

    Damn, this thing is SMALL for a PC, and you still get a phone. I would say it’s a step in right direction, shrink it a little bit more (lets say OQO with half a thickness) and I’m in.Becouse:GPS for a car, front camera for skype, full browser, games (old ones I presume), usb host (quite useful), multiple desktops (with an app), in home use laptop keyboard through wifi (with an app) and big monitor, you can play movies at your friends home, just plug monitor/projector.
