Now a day, every phone company wants to dip their hands on its first Android phone, and now Sony Ericsson will launch its first Android Smartphone in February 2010. The picture showing here is the first prototype but looks like a final product, just that a few software tweaks should be finished by February. From speculation of some test users, the device is very thin and the screen size about the same as of the HTC Touch HD.
The rumor that it has a 4-inch screen and runs a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, which clocked at about 1GZ.
This is the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 spec for now:
