lumix-fz35Panasonic just announced the release of  the Lumix DCM-FZ35 Camera by this September.  It includes advanced features like HD video recording with the ability to capture photos and video as a point and shoot camera. The Lumix DCM-FZ35 camera makes a great choice for a new or advanced user who wants a hybrid device that shoots high-quality still and motion images. It will feature an 18x zoom lens with equivalent focal length of 27-486mm, a 12.1 megapixel CCD sensor, and Panasonic’s Power O.I.S. optical image stabilization system.

%CODE1% On the back panel of the Lumix DCM-FZ35, it has a 2.7 inch LCD screen and  an electronic viewfinder. The Lumix FZ35 can record 720p HD video, which includes AVCHD Lite encoding for advanced compression of HD video with Dolby Digital audio recording. The Lumix DCM-FZ35 Camera also will come  with optical image stabilization and facial recognition.  In addition, a nice feature called “High Dynamic Mode” which can mimic HDR photography will also be in the Lumix DCM-FZ35.  So if you are in the market for an HD camcorder and a digital camera, this would be a great buy.

    Thank you so much for this video-I have this camera and am having great trouble uploading its videos onto my mac computer. Is there a setting on which the camera must be on in order to transfer videos onto my computer? I have been using picasa for 5 yrs and haven’t had this problem with prior cameras.thanks!

    it’s got a different compression called AVCHD. You need to find a codec to decompress it.

    wwhat is the lowest and highest apeture for the camera? last time i read reviews it said the highest it can go to is f5.6 but when you used the joystick it went f7.1. what is the largest and minimum range of apeture for this camera?

    Hi! I whas vandering if you can help me.I nead a cam that taks good pictures and has hd recording, for a lo price. i whas thinking of this cam but does it taka good pictures? Like compared to a cheap SLR? SLR or Compact? I guies is the question… because I know canon has a SLR with hd recording. but its not cheap.Thanks!

    hi, I have a question, how are the settings for to do the image of the ” 7:50 – 8:05″ I can do the unfocus but with the zoom at 6x or more, with the MF and using the jostic, but is impossible to get a image like this one, please help me, I live in colombia here there aren`t experts with cams… thanksexcuse my englis i talk spanish

    managed to take 620 pictures with one charge (compared to 450 pics of CIPA standard), all in manual (M), at night, allwith flash. just disable Q-AF & C-AF.
