Apple now opens the gate for application developers to submit their applications for the iPad. Apple says that “only apps submitted for the initial review will be considered for the grand opening of the iPad App Store.”
Simulator-only apps developed with iPhone SDK 3.2 Beta 5 can be submitted as of today for initial review. The deadline for getting apps in for the first round is March 27th at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, so get cranking you geeks. Developers will also receive information about submitting their apps for final review, before the iPad ships.
